BIRCH TAR

Birch Tar
A strong base note which is derived from the light-colored bark of the Birch tree with a diffusive, phenolic and smoky profile. Its heart appears to be sweet and oily and the dry down is warmly woody. Birch tar is often used in leather accords to impart a smoky effect and in florals to enhance the warmth.
