LILAC

Lilac is the flower of a beautiful and much fragrant shrub, most of us have grown up with the delicious odor of its colorful petite blossoms thriving in the back yard. Lilac is crowned with a thin, shiny, floral tiara, a fresh and green odor emerges from the flowers which could be described as innocently playful and enlivening. It is impossible to miss the resemblance of Lilac note to Jasmin, or even sometimes, Almond. The green leaves are not to be neglected, their contribution to the note is considerable, enhancing its green character and adding a light meadow-like aspect to the perfumes, but still maintaining their rich floral strength. A transparent citrusy smell adds romantic nuances when the note is used as a perfume ingredient.
