Bois de Rose, oh my little precious one! Probably the only woody note with such a rich fragrant background. Apart from the obviously anticipated woodiness and spiciness, Rosewood is a scentful box of nutmeg, camphor and -of course- rose, all blending in together astonishingly. Emerging as a middle note, with Linalool providing it with a sweet and delicately fatty veil, this lovely note is accompanied by a citrusy aura and a neat lightness, without ever compromising its depth. The presence of Geraniol is the architect of the very familiar warm and sweet rose aroma, which can only be gladly received by anyone who happens to sniff this one of a kind scent.
