TOLU BALSAM

A perfume note very similar to Peru Balsam but with a distinctive character of its own, Tolu Balsam is sweeter and brighter. It emerges as a balsamic base note, loaded with cinnamon and vanilla hints. The components benzyl cinnamate and benzyl benzoate, holding almost 40% of the material are the ones responsible for the earthy, gentle cinnamon tones, which establish a wonderful warmth and extravagance. Floral fragrances owe their well-built longevity and immaculate balance to Tolu Balsam, while oriental fragrances get a boost of spiciness and dryness due to its presence.
