ORANGE FLOWER ABSOLUTE
Floral Note
Orange flower absolute is obtained from the freshly picked flowers of bitter orange tree with solvent extraction. The Orange flower perfume note is mainly used as a heart note of medium to high strength, and it comes with a significant longevity. The top layer is clean, fresh and floral, with a dense orange odour, which becomes richer and a bit heavier as it advances to the heart of the note. A few more floral and animalic trails emerge, until the very last trace of the dry out. Orange flower absolute is a high-priced ingredient, which shares many chemical compounds with jasmine, used in perfumery for its fragrant qualities and delicacy. As an addition in floral and oriental perfumes, it offers deepness and a discrete sensuality, while complimenting other citrus notes.
